There are endless Thai dishes and here I present some of my favorites that I think you will enjoy.  Many can come with varying ingredients; like options for beef, pork, chicken, shrimp or sea food and they can often be made mild or hot and spicy depending on your taste. I cater exclusively for groups and small parties of 10 or more people and I would be happy to accommodate any of your special requests.  After you have had an opportunity to look through my menu please feel free to call or write so we can personally discuss your exact needs in detail.  
  • Green Papaya Salad ส้มตำไทย Som Tam 

    • Serving for 4 500 baht 500 baht

    A healthy spicy crunchy salad served on a bed of lettuce. Made from shredded unripe crisp papaya which is beaten in a mortar together with various spices and combined with unripe mango, green banana, sour lime, hot chili, salt, fish sauce,  palm sugar, cherry tomatoes, long green beans, peanuts, and served with small raw cucumbers and lime on the side.

    Options:  Fresh Crab or Shrimp    +200 baht

  • Spring Roll ปอเปี๊ยะสด Bpaw Bpia Soht

    • 8 Pieces 550 baht

    Served with Dipping Sauces

    Options:  Shrimp  + 100 baht,  Chicken  + 50 baht

    Served cut in half  – 16 half pieces

     

  • Fried Spring Roll เปาะเปี๊ยะทอด Bpaw Bpia Thaawt

    • 8 Pieces 550 baht
  • NewHot Pot / Barbeque หม้อไฟ Tom Yum

    • Serving for 4 950 baht

    A mix of vegetables and spices are added to boiling water including; Lemongrass, Galangal, Kiffir Lime leaves, Garlic, Shallots, Chilies, carrot, cherry tomatoes,  Golden Needle Mushrooms, Glass noodles, tom yum paste, Holy Basil, Lime Juice,  Fish Sauce Palm Sugar, Served with dipping sauces.
     

    Options:  Mixed Sea Food; Shrimp, Squid, Fish Balls, Mussels
